If it’s not the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products may be lightly trialled, provided they are returned clean, undamaged, and in good condition, with original packaging where possible.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@arlel.com.au and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
